Patti has had an interest in storytelling and story LISTENING in organizations for many years. Her work as a manager and team leader in many organizations, in addition to her training as a social worker and psychotherapist, gives her insight and skills to bring to organizations dealing with issues and milestones.
Patti is a member of the Storytelling in Organizations group of the National Storytelling network as well as an active participant in the San Diego Community of Practice Storywork group.
Whether working with staff in a training or retreat setting or crafting a program that assists in an organizational change effort, Patti brings her organizational knowledge to assisting groups in telling and hearing important stories. |
